Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Celvo ("we") and the company that signs up for or subscribes to Celvo ("the customer" or "you"). The person who accepts them confirms that they may bind their company to them. By using Celvo you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1The service
Celvo is online procurement software that runs in the browser, at celvo-tech.com and app.celvo-tech.com. It covers purchase requisitions, requests for quotation and their comparison, approvals, purchase orders, deliveries, payments, contracts, payment certificates and reports.
We keep improving Celvo and may add or change features. We will not remove a core feature from a paid plan during its term without notice.
2Accounts and users
- Each person has one login, by e-mail address, and each login belongs to one company.
- The company's owner and administrators invite users, set their roles and remove them. The customer is responsible for the users it invites and for what they do in Celvo.
- Keep passwords confidential, and tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone has used a login without permission.
3The free trial
- The trial lasts 14 days, for up to 5 users, with every feature and no payment card.
- There is one free trial per e-mail address, ever.
- When the trial ends, the company becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, you can still view, print and export your data, and you carry on where you left off if you subscribe.
- We may open, pause or cap trial sign-ups, and may extend a particular trial.
4Plans, prices and payment
Plans and their prices are published on the pricing page, in Egyptian pounds. They exclude VAT (14%), which is added to the invoice.
- We invoice in advance, monthly or yearly, and invoices are payable as they state.
- A company's first subscription, paid yearly, is 30% off for every year of it, as the pricing page explains.
- Moving to a larger plan or adding users mid-term is charged at the monthly price for the months left, less what was already paid for them.
- We may change prices at renewal, with at least 30 days' written notice.
- If a paid term ends and the new invoice is unpaid, the company becomes read-only until it is paid. Nothing is deleted.
5Your company's data
Everything your company and its users enter in Celvo belongs to your company. You allow us to host, copy and process it only as far as needed to provide and support the service, and as these terms and the Privacy Policy describe.
The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of what it enters, including the personal data of its staff and suppliers, and for having the right to enter it.
The company's owner and administrators can download a full backup of its data at any time, also after the subscription ends.
Celvo staff do not look at your company's records unless you ask us to investigate a problem and allow it. Any such access is read-only and recorded.
6Acceptable use
The customer and its users agree not to:
- use Celvo for anything unlawful;
- try to reach another company's data, or get around plan limits or role permissions;
- deliberately overload the service, probe it for weaknesses, or upload malicious software;
- resell or rent Celvo to others without a written agreement with us;
- try to extract Celvo's source code, except as far as the law allows.
7Templates and documents
Celvo includes ready-made templates, among them contract wording, purchase order conditions and references to laws. They are a starting point for your company to adapt, not legal advice. The customer is responsible for reviewing every document it issues from Celvo before approving or sending it.
8Availability and support
We work to keep Celvo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: it may stop for maintenance or for failures outside our control. Support is by e-mail at [email protected]; the Enterprise plan has faster support and a named contact.
9Suspension, ending and deletion
- You can stop subscribing at any time; the subscription then does not renew at the end of its term.
- We may suspend a company that breaks these terms, leaves an invoice unpaid, or whose use endangers the service or other customers, with notice whenever possible.
- At your request, we delete your company permanently: we suspend it first, then delete all its records and its users' logins. Deletion cannot be undone, so download your backup before it. The invoices we issued to you stay in our financial records.
10Intellectual property
Celvo, its code, design, name, logo and website, belongs to us. These terms give you no right in it other than to use it during your subscription. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Celvo with no obligation to you.
11Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential the other's non-public information that it learns, and uses it only to carry out these terms.
12Limits of liability
We provide Celvo as it is, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity. In any case, our total liability is limited to what the customer paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or gross negligence.
13Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will publish the new version here with its date. If a change is material, we will e-mail company owners 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Celvo after that means you accept it.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
